Hi,

 I am very creative in helping you expand the opportunities you have to make money by being in your business. I am sometimes referred to as a  Entrepreneur Mentor, a Business Coach or even a Business Critic. On other occasions I am considered as a  marketing or a motivational consultant.  In any event, I don't  have fixed answers to your business situations. There are many things that anyone can do to improve on what is being done. Most of the time I think OTB ("Outside the Box"). I feel we should always think OTB.   Look at your environment and look at the list of invented products on the right side of this page.  Most of the products and services were not there a few years ago. Someone had to develop something different and convince others that it was a good idea to make it succeed.  Most inventors of the items in the right column were rather bizarre when they were first introduced. They were all entrepreneurs. They all probably had someone who was their mentor, business coach or friendly business friend who started to become a  critic. In any event they went against all odds and succeeded because they firmly believed in what they were doing.

You have ideas which could become very profitable to you. There are certain steps that you have to follow to proceed with before you get to the success level. It  could take years. The important thing is to begin to take the first step.  If you have someone to test ideas with who is a good listener it can be very motivating.

If Abraham Lincoln came to live with you for a month think of all the inventions listed on the right that we now have  have and use  that were not available in 1861 when he became President. Think how long it would take you to explain exactly what these items did and how they work.   Most likely it will be linked to many other new idea/ inventions  that also where invented since  he died.  They would have to be explained before he could totally understand it.
 

Stop here for a minute. CLICK  on some things on the right. Learn a little about them. Think of the conversation you would have  reading the owners manual to Honest Abe  so he would know how to use them. Try to describe what each invention is for with out using any  the word that is on the list because those items were not have been invented when Abe was trying to end the Civil War.

Now is the time for you to use your ideas to make a difference. You can get your idea to move forward faster when you stand on the shoulders of giants.  Ask others around you to help you or you can me at 713-467-3025. I can be inspirational to you to  bring your ideas to a new level. My entrepreneur mentoring fee is $ 1,000. This fee covers a rather long period of time. I can not say exactly. I encourage you to call me every day to tell me what you have done and how you are progressing. I will become your accountability group. I seldom watch the clock. My interest is in your being happy that you are succeeding and that you are making progress. If you don't call me regularly I will assume you feel that I have done all I can to help you and of course then the mentoring job is complete.

Creating  Customer Experiences so They Will Come Back Again and Aga


There is a unique and overriding importance for giving exceptional customer care. You should focus  on today's business imperative.  Look at the essentials in a no nonsense way.  Use outlines and details strategies for gaining the ultimate competitive advantage of loyal customers.

 

 It usually costs more to attract a new customer than to keep a previous customer coming back,    Established customers are more likely to buy more expensive  or "more profitable") goods and services.  Develop a clear guidelines on setting high customer care standards, communicating them to an em-powered sales and service team, exceeding the customer's expectations, and following up on sales transactions to ensure satisfaction is most valuable.

 

 Sometimes it is necessary to start   "shopping" one's own business to see it from the customer's point of view.   Customer Care can help make any business person a winner.

It is not always necessary to dominate the competition. Customer CARE, rather than the customary use of the word SERVICE can help grow your business to new levels. Recognize the relationship between taking care of the customer and taking care of the bottom line.

The One Critical Factor for Success in the 21st Century is to have a business coach who will stimulate and remind you of things that must be done, and will guide you to practical tactics.  

Today service is more transaction-oriented, compared to customer care that implies a long-term relationship. Each customer may have specific needs. Consider them and don’t just think what is only important to most of your other customers. Your customer will appreciate it.

Seeking approaches to building long-term relationships with customers is valuable. Customer care can establish and sustain lifetime-value loyalty. Set the Example your self.  It will also be valuable for managers of franchises, dealerships, and branch locations of larger companies. It portrays the role of how to support your thought and will equip managers to carry the message to their people.

Knowledge of business as its conducted in the real world is far more valuable than what you will find on line or read in a book.  Talk to business executives and learn from the horse’s mouth what works best for them. Then apply those traits to your day to day operation. The ideas you develop and use your self should be recorded in a personal progress journal just as though you were writing  a book for a college Business 101 class that you may teach one day or for building a  another division of your company as your business grows as a company. Too many owners and managers neglect the basics of true business until it's too late. Taking  orders is not what makes a true entrepreneur. Understanding buyers is  an important part of what you  will be doing as a new business developer. But if you want to build a genuine long-term business relationship with good customers these lessons will be useful every step of the way.
Try concepts and tactics  that really work for you in your area. Not all ideas work in all geographic locations. Understanding the consumer is critical.  By taking time to have interaction with your existing and potential customers you can take bits and pieces of the ideas integrating  them into your business right now  Worth the time you'll invest in studying what you have to offer and what is needed.
Ideas  have to be tested for true, clear, direct, concise, easily improvable results. The street smarts  of your product or service are very important.  Remember that  that the basis of common sense is  clear and logical information about busy people who are your potential customers who become your  customer and continue to be your customers in the future.  Try it... it works!
