We sell a kit. Most of what you are paying for is welded steel connectors. We do NOT ship the pipe. (You purchase 1" EMT electrical conduit pipe locally at your home convenience store like Home Depot or Lowes.)  A kit usually also includes tarps, the footpads and ball bungees to hold the tarp to the steel frame.

This is a nice way to make a canopy to keep the sun out and still be able to see what is going on around you. You can do this on any size dome tent.

TENT COSTS
There are a thousand options in building a dome tent. You can adjust variables such as the height, the width, the length and the amount of the each sloping angle. Overall, a dome will take a little longer to build than a gable roof tent. It will cost a little more. It is far  better than a gable roof tent for the conditions listed above.

You can calculate the price of your dome tent. There 3 basic parts are needed in each dome tent.
      Connectors -$ 8 each.
      Non Fire Retardant Tarps  $ .12/sq. ft.
      Ball bungees to hold the tarp to the frame. $ .20 each.

No foot pads are needed  on the dome model.  You can cut your own  custom end covers.
A grommet kit is $9.00  (I do not have rounded tarps.)
